Delivery Denmark

Delivery in Denmark is free of charge when the purchase exceeds €66 (500 DKK).

Purchases below €66 (500 DKK) are subject to a fixed delivery fee of €6,75 (50 DKK) per purchase.

Delivery is with PostNord standard airmail service and is delivered within 2-5 working days.

 

Shipping Costs

When placing your order the total amount for P&P is shown at the final stages of the Payment transaction.

99% of all orders are shipped with in 1-2 day.

All items are shipped in custom-made vinyl packaging.
The vinyl record in its innersleeve is removed from the cover to prevent the cutting of edges. This doesen’t apply to sealed items, we will by request open sealed vinyl and remove the record from the cover.

Your order will be shipped directly to your home address.

Confirmation

You will receive order confirmation by email with info regarding purchase immediately after we have received your order. Please keep the order information if the need should occur to contact us at info@reverbvinyl.com

We accept payment through Paypal which accepts all major credit cards.

IMPORTANT! To ensure your internet safety we use a secure order form where all information is encrypted. No external parties will be able to access the information you have provided.

Prices

All prices are quoted and charged in € (€1 = 7,50 DKK).

Return policy

You are entitled to return undamaged and unused products to ReverbVinyl.com. You must notify us within  14 days after receiving the item (sealed). Send us an email with following information:

Order no.
Contact information.
Item you wish to return.
Description of claim.

14 days Return of Goods:

The returned product must be unused and in an undamaged state and in its original packaging (seals or plastic must be intact). Return the product with a copy of the invoice. Return postage is not covered by ReverbVinyl.com but is at your own cost.

ReverbVinyl.com guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us at info@reverbvinyl.com upon receiving the item or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the item.

Product complaints:

We will handle your complaint asap. and send you a return label. Return the product in the state that it was received together with a damage or error report. The returned product must be in a largely unused state and in its original packaging. Return the product together with the invoice.

IMPORTANT! You must contact ReverbVinyl before you return incorrectly delivered or damaged products to get the return request approved and the return postage paid.

The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms stated.
